The survey enables employees to share confidential quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture by responding to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answering two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.”

Do any of these results a surprise you? On a statewide level, it seems that the happiest aging workplace employees wither work for large companies or at-home care providers – but not small to mid-size companies. There is no doubt a much bigger picture here, as well as an inspiring sector of the workforce that loves what they do and who they help.
