No matter what you seek, we hope these lists will help you guide your way. Enjoy!

The Best Places For Single Boomers To Retire (US News & World Report)

Many baby boomers will find themselves suddenly single in retirement, typically because they are widowed or divorced. Almost a third of men (31%) and over half of women (55%) are unmarried at age 65 or older, most often due to the death of a spouse, according to 2018 Census Bureau data. Here’s a look at the cities that have the most seniors who are currently single.

*Can you believe that Stockton, CA made the list?!

The World’s Best Places to Retire in 2020 (International Living)

International Living releases its Annual Global Retirement Index every January, boasting experts who have been ideally placed to compare, contrast, and bring nuanced insight to the most appealing retirement destinations in the world.

*Ecuador, Panama, Portugal and France are amidst the Top 10 with a few others you likely anticipated too!

10 Affordable Cities for Retirement (AARP)

AARP searched for the perfect retirement destinations by examining financial data on more than 350 cities across the country. Data analyzed includes: property- and sales-tax rates, median housing price, cost of living, tax rate on pensions and Social Security, as well as recreation, climate, and arts and culture.

*You won’t see any California cities on the list, but you will see an exciting option from our nearby northern neighbor – Washington!
