Happy 2025! We are less than 10 days into the New Year and it’s already flying by (that must mean we are having fun!). We know that days of 3% rates are behind us, buyers are more accepting of the market we are in and the uncertainty that came with the election year is over; as such, real estate sales are expected to rise this year. While low inventory is maintaining a seller’s market, it is still paramount to show your home in its best light to maximize your return on investment. And the best light – is the one that makes a buyer’s eyes twinkle, right? 😊
