Happy April! As we continue to welcome spring, many are starting a time of renewal after a celebratory weekend. So what is on your mind? Are you entering this month with intention, struggling to stay afloat in survival mode or unsure of the path ahead? No matter how clear or cloudy your future may be, we have two themes we are focused on in the present; here they are should you wish to give them a try as well: reflection & reassessment.
If you received our email last week, these themes are a refresher! If not, may they be new and helpful as you start the week and month strong!
Reflection: The most inspiring thing to me about reflection is that it really only occurs when it is quiet, and that nature provides it all! When you omit the noise from the rest of your life, you can listen to the birds, appreciate the flowers, and feel the breeze. If you take time from your life to not just reflect, but intentionally reflect on the good, it can be one of the simplest yet most powerful things you do this spring.
Reassessment: You probably entered the new year with goals; what exactly are you attempting to accomplish? Why is it important? Who will it (or has it) affected(ed)? Is it worth it? If you reassess, you give yourself the opportunity to recalibrate and make meaningful changes to your life’s journey.
Do either of these sentiments speak to you? Is there a place you find natural to reflect in? A goal or intention that it’s time to reassess and maybe recalibrate? Whatever you do in this day and these weeks ahead, we hope you forge ahead on a path that brings you peace, happiness and comfort. These are the best things in any season!
Cheers,
Bobbi
